Today, Mar. 9, students from all over the Fullerton Joint Union High School District will be participating in the 2018 District Dodgeball Tournament.

The tournament will be held in Sonora High School’s gymnasium, located on 401 S. Palm Street at 6:30 p.m.

The price of general admission is $2 with ASB and $4 without. Students can purchase tickets at the door.

On Tuesday, FUHS held a school dodgeball tournament to finalize the teams that Fullerton will send to compete in the tournament.

Senior CJ Yousling, a member of “The Dream Team,” felt a serious rush of excitement when his team won.

“I feel great,” Yousling said. “[Senior] Taylor Garcia’s team was definitely our biggest competition because of his water polo skills.”

Three teams from Fullerton will move on to play at Sonora to represent the Tribe.

All proceeds collected will be donated to “Kindness Matters”—the KM Legacy Foundation Fund created by former FUHS ASB President Katie Monson.
