Winner of the Best Animated Feature Film Award at the Golden Globes, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has grossed over 300 million dollars around the world.

The film is focused around teenage Miles Morales, who is bitten by a radioactive spider that transforms him into Spider-Man. Teamed up with other Spider-People from other dimensions, Miles must battle the evil Kingpin and send the other Spider-People home.

The film features an all-starring cast of Shamiek Moore as Morales,  Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker/Spider-Man, Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman, Mahershala Ali as Aaron Davis, Nicholas Cage as Spider-Man Noir, John Mulaney as Spider-Ham, Kimiko Glenn as Peni Parker,  and Liev Schreiber as Kingpin.

The most stunning part of the film is the new animation style, which utilizes painting, dots, and subtle lines. This styling, combined with use of text boxes and action words, creates the visual of walking into a comic book.
