Our 2019 prom will be on Apr. 6 from 7:30 to 11 p.m. at the Balboa Pavilion. The theme will be “A Night to Remember.”

The Balboa Pavilion is a majestic Victorian structure located in Newport Beach with beautiful views of the bay with floor-to-ceiling windows. The dance will be held in the Harborside Grand Ballroom and is a 26-mile drive from FUHS.

There are many great restaurants and attractions close to the venue, including the Balboa Fun Zone, ferris wheel, and a Ruby’s located on the Balboa Pier.

Tickets will be sold for $80 with IFL and $90 without and for off-campus guests on Mar. 11-15. The price will increase to $85 with IFL and $95 without and for off-campus guests on Mar. 18-22. Tickets will be $120 for everyone Apr. 1-3. Tickets will not be sold after lunch on Apr. 3.

All students are required to turn in a prom contract–separate from the other dance contract because the venue is off campus–by Mar. 8. Students must turn in the contract before purchasing their tickets; the contract will be available for students to pick up in Room 65.

Prom court nominations will be held the week before prom at break and lunch. Winners will be announced at the dance.
