“My dad knew I like collecting things. He collected model airplanes himself. One time we were at a base where they had old battle ships from World War II. I remember the first time I bought a model airplane; his face lit up and he was super excited.

Without history, especially model airplanes, I don’t think I would be able to be able to relate to my dad as much. Whenever I am at that base, I think of my grandpa the most. He was an airplane engineer who helped make the Blackbird. Back then, that was the fastest plane in the world.”
