JV Girls Soccer claimed the title of League Champions after beating La Habra High School 3-1 on Wednesday.
Throughout the season, the team has won seven games, tied in two games, and lost one game.
This is the first recorded time JV Girls soccer has won league. Although winning league is the highest title for a JV team, they did not start their success here. The team had won the preseason Westminster tournament and won many of their pre-season games.
The team’s grueling practices, many lasting two hours a day for six days a week, has certainly paid off. Congratulations to the JV Girls Soccer team on their first League Champion title! FUHS can’t wait to see what next season has in store.
Stay tuned for a review of the season!
