The FUHS girl’s tennis team finished league with a record of 7-3. After placing 3rd in league, the team has once again made CIF.

They will be facing Mayfield High School in Pasadena on Oct. 30. They are looking to win in order to advance to the next round of CIF.

Senior Avani Kothari, who plays doubles, is looking forward to CIF.

“I think knowing how to play doubles makes me more comfortable about competing in CIF,” Kothari said.

Junior Lana El-Djoundi, also plays in doubles.

“One thing we tried to work on this year, is building our communication with the team,” El-Djoundi said.

Good luck to girls tennis as they move forward into CIF!
