Campus gallery features alumni art

Hannah Stewart, class of 2016, graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor’s in Design. Stewart uses digital software to create most of her work.

Former Fullerton High School students had the opportunity to showcase some of their work in an alumni art show held on campus in Gallery 201 on Sept. 30. To demonstrate their skills and experience, alumni submitted one or more works, their class year, and their current job or education.

Vanessa Marquez

Vanessa Marquez, class of 2020, currently attends Cal State Fullerton. Marquez used Gouache paints and experimented with two canvases before settling on the final product.

Lynda Osborn

Lynda Osborn, class of 2017, graduated from California Baptist University with a major in architecture. Osborn’s submitted work showcases her skills with digital planning.

Samuel Schwimmer

Samuel Schwimmer, class of 2015, used charcoal to create a sketch of different types of shoes. Schwimmer currently works as an Aquatic Maintenance Technician at Knott’s Berry Farm.

Ricardo Zapata

Ricardo Zapata, class of 2003, works as the Digital Communications Manager for the Los Angeles Angels. Since starting as an intern in 2018, Zapata has become an important part of the team.

Stephanie Pratt

Stephanie Pratt, class of 2008, attended Cal State Humboldt and is a Fullerton-based Photographer. She also teaches art at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center.
